This is a typical T’ai Tsung training session programme:
- Warm up and stretching exercises
- Fundamental techniques
- Technical section workout and individual group drills (forms)
- Free Sparring
- Cool down
- Train regularly to build up a balance of flexibility, strength,
endurance, and skill.
- If you have not exercised regularly, build up your training slowly.
- Your fitness programme should focus on Flexibility, Strength
and endurance, supported by an adequate and well-balanced diet.
