  • Warm up and stretching exercises

  • Technical section workout and individual group drills (forms)

Training Tips

  • Train regularly to build up a balance of flexibility, strength,
    endurance, and skill.
  • If you have not exercised regularly, build up your training slowly.
  • Your fitness programme should focus on Flexibility, Strength
    and endurance, supported by an adequate and well-balanced diet.
